It is a reasonably short car ride to the nearest highway from any location in this neighbourhood, and finding a parking spot is quite easy. However, the public transit infrastructure in this area is rather poor. Nonetheless, house owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most residences. Travelling by bicycle is easy in Canterbury Park as cyclists do not face serious hills. This part of Winnipeg is not very conducive to people who like to travel as pedestrians as very few daily errands can be run without a car.
