Transportation

Driving is a very good transportation option in Evanston. Coming across a place to park is easy, and it is a reasonably short car ride to the nearest highway from anywhere in Evanston. On the other hand, this part of Calgary is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is served by around 10 bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily around the corner. This area is rather bike-friendly because the cycling infrastructure is reasonably extensive. Getting around on foot is not very feasible for property owners in Evanston since very few daily errands can be run without a car.

Services

Daycares and schools are convenient to reach as a pedestrian from anywhere in Evanston. When it comes to food, it is often an option for property owners in this neighbourhood to do their grocery shopping by walking. Furthermore, this part of the city is a good place in which to go out to eat, and a small selection of cafes is available as well.
