Skale Development’s President, Armaan Salek, is formally educated in economics and humanistic studies, but his life and values have been shaped by a youth spent immersed in the real estate industry. With a family active in the property investment field, Salek spent his summers working construction sites.

After graduating from McGill University, he worked in various capacities at a major development firm, climbing the ranks as he learned more about the development process and developed his own unique visions. Harnessing this experience, Salek branched out on his own to put these visions into action. Along with The Bluffs, the company has another condominium in the pre-construction phase at 1181 Queen Street West.

Pre-construction homes and condominiums developed by Skale Developments in Ontario are covered by the Tarion Warranty Corporation in accordance with the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act.

This provincial framework provides purchasers with mandatory deposit protection, a 1-year warranty on workmanship and materials, a 2-year warranty on building systems (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), and up to 7 years of major structural defect coverage. Condominium buyers additionally benefit from Ontario's statutory 10-day cooling-off rescission period upon signing.
