YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy, with care.

This notice explains how HomeNCondos and Team Arora use information submitted through this website.

Your enquiry

When you submit a form, we collect the name, email, phone number, preferences and message you choose to provide, along with the project or page associated with the enquiry, its receipt time and your consent. We use this information to review and respond to your request. Submitting a form does not create a reservation or a purchase agreement.

Saved projects

Your saved project list is stored in your browser on this device. You can remove projects using the heart controls or clear the site’s browser storage. Shared shortlist links contain project identifiers, not your name, contact details or private notes.

Service providers

The website uses hosting and database services to operate its forms and catalogue. Mapbox provides interactive maps, and LocalLogic provides neighbourhood information. Loading those services may involve requests from your browser or our server. External map and directions links are governed by their providers’ privacy policies.

Your choices

You may withdraw permission for further contact or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your enquiry information by contacting [email protected] or calling 416.910.8923. Please do not include financial account details, identification documents or other sensitive records in a website enquiry.
