The majority of homes for sale are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway, and it is easy to come across a parking spot. In contrast, the transit infrastructure in Cottonwood is rather limited. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. Biking is at times challenging in Cottonwood because there are quite a few hills, and there are few bike lanes. Getting around as a pedestrian is also not especially practical for residents in Cottonwood as meeting daily needs is occasionally difficult without the use of a car.
