Getting around
St. Lawrence does not demand use of a car because various other modes of transportation are accessible. St. Lawrence is an extraordinarily convenient part of Toronto for pedestrians; running common errands is especially convenient without needing a car, and a very large number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Physically active property owners will also welcome the very cycling-friendly nature of St. Lawrence. More specifically, the topography is rather flat, the cycling infrastructure is extensive, and a bike share station is always located in close proximity. Thanks to many nearby rapid transit stations with access to the Line 1 (Yonge-University), and about 30 nearby bus lines, homeowners can rely on public transit to navigate St. Lawrence. In contrast, driving is a sometimes poor mode of transportation in St. Lawrence. That being said, most real estate listings are a very short car ride from the nearest highway.
