A NEIGHBOURHOOD IN CONTEXT
Fletcher's Creek South is a reasonably good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a relaxed ambience. This area is quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - however some parts can be quite noisy, especially near Highway 407. Lastly, there are over 50 public green spaces nearby for residents to visit, such as South Fletchers Creek Park and Peelton Park, and they are very well-distributed, which results in them being very easy to access from most locations within the neighbourhood.
Fletcher's Creek South presents property owners with the choice between different modes of transportation. Travelling by public transit is convenient in this part of the city. More specifically, property owners are served by about 20 bus lines, and bus stops are commonly around the corner. Traveling by walking is also rather convenient for home buyers in this area; many daily needs can be carried out without a car. Fletcher's Creek South is appropriate for bicycling.
