Moreover, there is commonly a restaurant or cafe just around the corner, for instance on Richmond Road. Concerning education, it is a short walk to get to schools and daycares from any location in North Jubilee.
Character
North Jubilee offers a slower-paced atmosphere and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time in green spaces. This neighbourhood is quiet overall, as the streets are usually peaceful - although that is not the case near the airport (Victoria (Royal Jubilee Hospital) Heliport). Finally, there are a few green spaces nearby for residents to unwind in and they are especially well-spread out, which makes them very easy to access.
Housing
Small apartment buildings are the most common housing type, representing many dwellings in North Jubilee, and the rest of the properties are mainly duplexes and single detached homes. This area is primarily composed of one bedroom and two bedroom homes. About 55% of the properties in the neighbourhood are occupied by renters and 45% are occupied by owners. Roughly one third of homes in this neighbourhood were constructed pre-1960, while many of the remaining buildings were built in the 1960s and the 1980s.
