Getting around
The favoured way to move around in Rockingham is usually a car. It is convenient to access a parking spot, and nearby highways are easy to reach from any home in this area. However, the public transit service in Rockingham is not particularly frequent. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by around 10 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually around the corner. This part of Halifax is rather bicycling-friendly. Traveling on foot is not particularly convenient for property owners in Rockingham as running daily errands is sometimes difficult without the use of a vehicle.
