A NEIGHBOURHOOD IN CONTEXT

Start with how
you spend your day.

Junction Triangle is a "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to the ambience of this neighbourhood. It is easy to find vibrant streets in this part of the city. Even though there are few nearby entertainment venues, the streets are almost always busy with people, and places to go out at night are well-distributed throughout the neighbourhood. Junction Triangle is reasonably quiet overall, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue, however noise can be problematic around one of the railway lines. This part of Toronto also features a fair amount of greenery as there are numerous tree-lined streets. Public green spaces, such as Earlscourt Park, are especially well-distributed and there are over 50 of them close by for residents to relax in, which makes them very easy to access.

Getting around

This area permits homeowners to travel using a variety of modes of transportation. This part of the city will also attract house buyers who want to reside in an area that's walkable because it is especially pedestrian-friendly; running daily errands is straightforward without a car, and plenty of businesses are rather close at hand. Numerous people in the area use their bike because there is always a bike-share station nearby, riding a bicycle is made easier by the generally flat terrain, and Junction Triangle has reasonably good cycling infrastructure.

Everyday essentials

Home buyers in Junction Triangle will welcome that a general and a specialty grocery store is always only a very short stroll away. Moreover, those who are fond of dining out won't have to travel far in this part of Toronto, where over 150 restaurants and approximately 20 coffee shops are available, for instance on Bloor Street. Property owners can find numerous nearby clothing stores. Regarding education, it is a very short trip to get to schools and daycares from most houses for sale in Junction Triangle.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you
call it home.

What do the location scores measure?

Local Logic supplies individual access and character scores on a 0–5 scale for the recorded coordinates. Consider each measure separately; we do not calculate an overall livability rating.

Are the distances walking times?

No. Distances are straight-line measurements from the project reference. Open directions to check a walking, cycling, transit or driving route.

Does a nearby school guarantee admission?

No. Confirm attendance boundaries, programs, capacity and registration requirements with the relevant school board.

Do the demographic figures describe future residents?

No. They describe the existing population in the provider’s surrounding study area. They do not predict the buyers or future residents of this project.

SOURCES & METHODOLOGY

Prepared by Team Arora. Scores, neighbourhood descriptions, school records, places and demographic information are supplied by Local Logic. Requests are cached for up to 24 hours; underlying source periods may be older. Provider neighbourhood labels may differ from builder descriptions. Missing data remains unavailable.

Recorded coordinates: 43.666313, -79.4503846. Amenity queries use a 2.5 km radius; school results retain the provider’s school-search coverage. Distances use the returned straight-line measurement, or are calculated directly between coordinates when absent. The project page includes the existing map; Google provides the linked directions. Verify current place details, boundaries and routes before making a decision.
