you spend your day.

St. Lawrence is a great part of the city for home buyers who enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities. There are a very large number of things to do in this area for those looking for a dynamic vibe. There are masses of people around most of the time, a wide selection of entertainment venues can be found nearby, and finding one of the approximately 40 bars is very easy as they are generally situated in very convenient locations. King Street is among the most lively streets in this neighbourhood. Greenery is not very present in this area; however, parks are especially well-distributed and there are over 100 of them close by for residents to explore, making it very easy to get to them.

Getting around

St. Lawrence does not demand use of a car because various other modes of transportation are accessible. St. Lawrence is an extraordinarily convenient part of Toronto for pedestrians; running common errands is especially convenient without needing a car, and a very large number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Physically active property owners will also welcome the very cycling-friendly nature of St. Lawrence. More specifically, the topography is rather flat, the cycling infrastructure is extensive, and a bike share station is always located in close proximity. Thanks to many nearby rapid transit stations with access to the Line 1 (Yonge-University), and about 30 nearby bus lines, homeowners can rely on public transit to navigate St. Lawrence. In contrast, driving is a sometimes poor mode of transportation in St. Lawrence. That being said, most real estate listings are a very short car ride from the nearest highway.

Everyday essentials

It is usually practical for house buyers in St. Lawrence to buy general and specialty groceries on foot. There are over 50 supermarkets in St. Lawrence, and the best variety can be found on streets such as Front Street. Likewise, there are over 400 restaurants and over 50 cafes to experience in St. Lawrence. It is also very easy to get to a number of clothing stores as a pedestrian, for example along Yonge Street. As far as education is concerned, it is a very short stroll to reach daycares and schools from anywhere in St. Lawrence.

Surrounding homes

The substantial percentage of large apartment buildings in the housing stock of St. Lawrence is an important part of its character. This neighbourhood did not experience a single construction boom; the construction of new dwellings in the neighbourhood was spread throughout several decades in the twentieth and twenty-first century. This area offers mainly two bedroom and one bedroom homes. About two thirds of the population of this neighbourhood rent their home whereas owners make up the remainder.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you
call it home.

What do the location scores measure?

Local Logic supplies individual access and character scores on a 0–5 scale for the recorded coordinates. Consider each measure separately; we do not calculate an overall livability rating.

Are the distances walking times?

No. Distances are straight-line measurements from the project reference. Open directions to check a walking, cycling, transit or driving route.

Does a nearby school guarantee admission?

No. Confirm attendance boundaries, programs, capacity and registration requirements with the relevant school board.

Do the demographic figures describe future residents?

No. They describe the existing population in the provider’s surrounding study area. They do not predict the buyers or future residents of this project.

Prepared by Team Arora. Scores, neighbourhood descriptions, school records, places and demographic information are supplied by Local Logic. Requests are cached for up to 24 hours; underlying source periods may be older. Provider neighbourhood labels may differ from builder descriptions. Missing data remains unavailable.

Recorded coordinates: 43.6494652, -79.361823. Amenity queries use a 2.5 km radius; school results retain the provider’s school-search coverage. Distances use the returned straight-line measurement, or are calculated directly between coordinates when absent. The project page includes the existing map; Google provides the linked directions. Verify current place details, boundaries and routes before making a decision.
