North Toronto features a very good public transit system as a consequence of Eglinton Station - Northbound Platform on the Line 1 (Yonge-University), and about 10 nearby bus lines. Walking is also especially practical for house buyers in North Toronto; carrying out daily needs is very easy on foot, and there are also a fair number of businesses in proximity. The bicycle is a good mode of transportation in this part of the city.

Schools and daycares are especially easy to get to on foot from most houses for sale in this area. Residents can choose between public and private schools at both the primary and high school level.
