Crystal Beach is a wonderful neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm atmosphere. Crystal Beach is very quiet overall, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue.
The car is often the preferred transportation option in Crystal Beach. Coming across a parking spot is quite easy. The bike is a rather poor mode of transportation in this part of Fort Erie as there are a fair number of hills for cyclists to brave, and the bicycling network is not very comprehensive. This area is also not very conducive to those who like to get around as pedestrians because very few day-to-day errands can be run without a vehicle.
It is difficult to reach the closest grocery store on foot from most homes for sale in this area. A limited number of restaurants and cafes can be found as well. Concerning education, primary schools are easy to access without needing to get in a car from most properties for sale in this part of Fort Erie. In contrast, there are no high schools in Crystal Beach.
