Getting around
This neighbourhood is an excellent part of Toronto with respect to travelling without driving. Regent Park will draw physically active house buyers because it is especially conducive to walking; many day-to-day needs are very convenient to meet on foot, and innumerable businesses of different types can be found as well. Bicycling is very embraced in Regent Park since there is always a bike-share station close by, and there are a fair number of bike lanes. The public transit network in this part of the city is excellent due to about 10 nearby bus lines. In contrast, travelling by car is occasionally challenging in this area. That being said, it is a very short car ride to the nearest highway from anywhere in Regent Park.
