Transportation
North Quadra is an extremely convenient part of Saanich for getting around by car. It is convenient to park, and the majority of real estate listings are a short drive from the nearest highway. However, public transit users may experience limited choices in North Quadra due to the infrequent service. Nevertheless, there are around 10 bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily very close by. North Quadra will appeal to active people as it is rather suited for cycling. More specifically, the bicycling network is reasonably well-developed. In contrast, getting around on foot in this part of Saanich is not very popular, despite the fact that many daily needs can be met without a car.
Services
Daycares and schools are straightforward to reach as a pedestrian from most houses for sale in North Quadra. When it comes to food, house buyers in this part of Saanich will welcome that a grocery store is always only a reasonably short stroll away. Likewise, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, and a small selection of coffee shops can be found as well.
Character
The character of North Quadra is exemplified by its slower-paced atmosphere. This part of the municipality is very quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Lastly, there are approximately 50 green spaces close by for residents to check out, including Beckwith Park and Rithet's Bog Conservation Area, and they are especially well-distributed, which makes it very easy to reach them.
