Getting around

The best way to get around in this part of Calgary is usually a car. It is very easy to park, and it is a very short car ride to the nearest highway from any location in this area. However, Carrington is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and the closest bus stop is typically close by. This area is not particularly cycling-friendly because the topography is not especially flat, and there are a limited number of bike lanes. It is also difficult for people walking to get around in this neighbourhood as very few daily needs can be met without a vehicle.

Parents and their schoolchildren will value that no matter where their property is situated in Carrington, daycares are nearby.
