A NEIGHBOURHOOD IN CONTEXT
People who prefer a relaxed atmosphere will enjoy West Ridge. West Ridge is very quiet overall, as the streets are usually especially tranquil.
Commuting by car is straightforward in West Ridge. It is very convenient to come across a place to park. It is difficult for pedestrians to move around in this neighbourhood as very few day-to-day errands can be run without a vehicle. West Ridge is also not especially cycling-friendly because there are a fair number of slopes to challenge cyclists, and there are few bike lanes.
In all but a few cases, a vehicle is required to do groceries. Nonetheless, reaching the closest pharmacy and therefore some staple foods is generally very easy. A limited variety of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well. As far as education is concerned, it is a very short stroll to access both primary and secondary schools from most properties for sale in this neighbourhood. On the other hand, it can be challenging to access daycares as a pedestrian.

This area also has quite a good choice of unit sizes; there is a higher proportion of three bedroom homes in this neighbourhood.
