A NEIGHBOURHOOD IN CONTEXT

Start with how
you spend your day.

Mayfair-Pacific Reach offers a vast selection of green spaces to enjoy. There are about 30 green spaces close by for residents to check out, including Mundy Creek Ravine and Natural Areas and Bolivar Park, and they are very well-distributed, which makes it very easy to access them. This part of Coquitlam can be relatively noisy, as traffic can occasionally be loud during rush hour.

Getting around

Driving is usually the best method of transportation in Mayfair-Pacific Reach. Most real estate listings are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as Highway 7B Offramp, and it is very easy to access a parking spot. However, the public transit service in this area is not very frequent. Nevertheless, homeowners benefit from Braid Station @ Platform 1 and Braid Station @ Platform 2 with access to the Expo Line. The neighbourhood is served by approximately 10 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically around the corner. Despite the fact that Mayfair-Pacific Reach is home to good cycling infrastructure, and some bicycling-friendly pockets exist, the bike is a rather poor mode of transportation in this area as there are quite a few slopes. This neighbourhood is also not very suitable for people who like to travel as pedestrians since running daily errands is sometimes challenging without a vehicle.

Everyday essentials

A supermarket is ordinarily accessible within a reasonably short distance from any home in Mayfair-Pacific Reach. There are also a limited number of choices for those who appreciate nearby restaurants and cafes. When it comes to education, it is a reasonably short walk to reach daycares from any location in this area. However, there are only a very small number of high schools in Mayfair-Pacific Reach and thus they can be a very long trip away. Likewise, this part of the city does not contain any primary schools.

In this area, about half of dwellings are single detached homes, while the remainder are mainly duplexes. The population residing in this neighbourhood is evenly split between renters and owners. This part of Coquitlam is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you
call it home.

What do the location scores measure?

Local Logic supplies individual access and character scores on a 0–5 scale for the recorded coordinates. Consider each measure separately; we do not calculate an overall livability rating.

Are the distances walking times?

No. Distances are straight-line measurements from the project reference. Open directions to check a walking, cycling, transit or driving route.

Does a nearby school guarantee admission?

No. Confirm attendance boundaries, programs, capacity and registration requirements with the relevant school board.

Do the demographic figures describe future residents?

No. They describe the existing population in the provider’s surrounding study area. They do not predict the buyers or future residents of this project.

SOURCES & METHODOLOGY

A guide with a clear point of reference.

Prepared by Team Arora. Scores, neighbourhood descriptions, school records, places and demographic information are supplied by Local Logic. Requests are cached for up to 24 hours; underlying source periods may be older. Provider neighbourhood labels may differ from builder descriptions. Missing data remains unavailable.

Recorded coordinates: 49.2273285, -122.8611414. Amenity queries use a 2.5 km radius; school results retain the provider’s school-search coverage. Distances use the returned straight-line measurement, or are calculated directly between coordinates when absent. The project page includes the existing map; Google provides the linked directions. Verify current place details, boundaries and routes before making a decision.
