Getting around

Driving is usually the preferred approach to move around in this area. It is very easy to come across a place to park. However, the transit infrastructure in Stittsville is not very accessible. Nevertheless, there are approximately 20 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and it is very convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most residences. This area is fairly cycling-friendly because the topography is flat. Stittsville is not very conducive to people who like to travel as pedestrians since most daily needs are difficult to carry out without a vehicle.

In contrast, there are only a limited number of high schools and therefore they can be an extended trip away.
