Getting around
Thanks to around 10 nearby bus lines, the transit in this area is good. This part of Winnipeg is not especially suitable for pedestrians since few day-to-day errands can be run without a car. Despite the fact that there are not many slopes to confront bike riders, and the cycling network is fairly well-developed, Chevrier is not particularly cycling-friendly. In contrast, the car is usually the best way to get around in Chevrier. It is a very short drive to the nearest highway from any home in this area, and the street network is fairly well suited for cars.
