A NEIGHBOURHOOD IN CONTEXT

Start with how
you spend your day.

Jerome is a great neighbourhood for home buyers who enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities. Even though the atmosphere is not the most lively in this part of the city with its a few nightlife venues, there are options for nighttime activities. On the other hand, parks are especially well-situated and there are around 10 of them nearby for residents to visit, which makes it easy to get to them.

Getting around

Walking is rather feasible for house buyers in Jerome; many daily needs can be carried out without a car. However, it is challenging to move around by bicycle in Jerome as the cycling network is rather limited, and there are a fair number of slopes. This part of the city is especially car friendly. It is convenient to park, and many real estate listings are a short drive from the nearest highway, such as Lincoln M Alexander Parkway. In contrast, commuting by public transit is sometimes challenging in Jerome. Thankfully, homeowners benefit from a few bus lines, and it is very easy to reach a nearby bus stop from most houses.

Everyday essentials

It is generally feasible for home buyers in this area to do their groceries on foot. Likewise, those who like to dine in restaurants or cafes will have a good number of opportunities in Jerome. A good choice of clothing stores is also available within a reasonably short walking distance. With regards to education, primary schools and daycares are convenient to reach by foot from anywhere in Jerome. In contrast, high schools are not particularly numerous and consequently tend to require an extended stroll to get to.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you
call it home.

What do the location scores measure?

Local Logic supplies individual access and character scores on a 0–5 scale for the recorded coordinates. Consider each measure separately; we do not calculate an overall livability rating.

Are the distances walking times?

No. Distances are straight-line measurements from the project reference. Open directions to check a walking, cycling, transit or driving route.

Does a nearby school guarantee admission?

No. Confirm attendance boundaries, programs, capacity and registration requirements with the relevant school board.

Do the demographic figures describe future residents?

No. They describe the existing population in the provider’s surrounding study area. They do not predict the buyers or future residents of this project.

SOURCES & METHODOLOGY

A guide with a clear point of reference.

Prepared by Team Arora. Scores, neighbourhood descriptions, school records, places and demographic information are supplied by Local Logic. Requests are cached for up to 24 hours; underlying source periods may be older. Provider neighbourhood labels may differ from builder descriptions. Missing data remains unavailable.

Recorded coordinates: 43.2111166, -79.888285. Amenity queries use a 2.5 km radius; school results retain the provider’s school-search coverage. Distances use the returned straight-line measurement, or are calculated directly between coordinates when absent. The project page includes the existing map; Google provides the linked directions. Verify current place details, boundaries and routes before making a decision.
