A NEIGHBOURHOOD IN CONTEXT

Start with how
you spend your day.

Bruleville is a "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to the feel of this area. Even though this part of the city is not known for its vibrancy, the vibe is still quite energetic around its busier streets, and with the bars in nearby neighbourhoods, it is rather difficult to find a place to grab a drink because they are generally located relatively far away. Bruleville is fairly good for those who like a quiet atmosphere, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour, although that is not the case near Lincoln M Alexander Parkway. It is easy to get to parks from most locations within the neighbourhood since there are approximately 10 of them nearby for residents to explore.

Getting around

A majority of the houses for sale in this area are located in areas that are reasonably suitable for people who get around on foot; many daily needs can be met without a vehicle, and a variety of businesses are close by. Even though cyclists do not face serious hills, Bruleville is not especially amenable to biking as the bicycling infrastructure is not very extensive. Getting around by car is easy in this neighbourhood. It is convenient to park, and nearby highways, such as Lincoln M Alexander Parkway, are moderately easy to access from any home in Bruleville. However, commuting by public transit is sometimes challenging in this part of the city. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are commonly around the corner.

Everyday essentials

Home buyers in Bruleville will be pleased to learn that a grocery store is always only a short stroll away. Likewise, this area is a good place in which to go out to eat or go to a cafe, for example along Upper Wentworth Street. Concerning education, in this part of the city, parents and their children will usually be able to reach schools and daycares as pedestrians.

Surrounding homes

In Bruleville, about 40% of buildings are single detached homes, and the rest of the dwellings are mainly large apartment buildings and townhouses. Most of the housing growth in this neighbourhood took place in the 1960s and 1970s. This neighbourhood offers mainly two bedroom and three bedroom homes. The split between renters and homeowners is about even.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you
call it home.

What do the location scores measure?

Local Logic supplies individual access and character scores on a 0–5 scale for the recorded coordinates. Consider each measure separately; we do not calculate an overall livability rating.

Are the distances walking times?

No. Distances are straight-line measurements from the project reference. Open directions to check a walking, cycling, transit or driving route.

Does a nearby school guarantee admission?

No. Confirm attendance boundaries, programs, capacity and registration requirements with the relevant school board.

Do the demographic figures describe future residents?

No. They describe the existing population in the provider’s surrounding study area. They do not predict the buyers or future residents of this project.

SOURCES & METHODOLOGY

A guide with a clear point of reference.

Prepared by Team Arora. Scores, neighbourhood descriptions, school records, places and demographic information are supplied by Local Logic. Requests are cached for up to 24 hours; underlying source periods may be older. Provider neighbourhood labels may differ from builder descriptions. Missing data remains unavailable.

Recorded coordinates: 43.2162705, -79.8682874. Amenity queries use a 2.5 km radius; school results retain the provider’s school-search coverage. Distances use the returned straight-line measurement, or are calculated directly between coordinates when absent. The project page includes the existing map; Google provides the linked directions. Verify current place details, boundaries and routes before making a decision.
