Boundary Bay Village is a very convenient part of Delta for driving. Coming across a place to park is generally easy. However, residents using public transit may have few choices in Boundary Bay Village by reason of the service's low frequency. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and the closest bus stop is generally around the corner. This part of the municipality is reasonably amenable to bicycling because there are a limited number of elevation changes. Most houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are not very well-suited for pedestrians since meeting daily needs is impractical without a vehicle.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this neighbourhood. Moreover, daycares are not particularly abundant and therefore not always within a short distance.
