you spend your day.

Meadowvale offers a relaxed environment and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time outdoors. Parks, including Maplewood Park and Castlegreen Meadows, are very well-spread out and there are over 50 of them close by for residents to visit, making them very easy to reach from a large number of locations in this neighbourhood. Most areas in this part of Mississauga are very quiet, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic.

Getting around

Property owners who want to be in a walkable area will welcome the pedestrian-friendly nature of Meadowvale; carrying out daily needs is easy without the use of a car. Getting around by bicycle is also convenient in this part of Mississauga since it is an even ride to most destinations, and the bicycling network is rather well-developed. The car is often the preferred transportation option in Meadowvale. Many real estate listings are a rather short car ride from the closest highway, and it is easy to park. On the other hand, getting around by public transit is at times difficult in this area. Nonetheless, rapid transit stations, including Meadowvale Town Centre Bus Terminal Platform J, Winston Churchill Blvd / Battleford Rd and Meadowvale Town Centre Drop Off with access to the Meadowvale Express, are not very far from the bulk of houses in the neighbourhood. There is the Meadowvale and Lisgar on the Milton. House owners benefit from approximately 20 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences.

Everyday essentials

It is convenient to access the nearest supermarket by foot from most properties for sale in Meadowvale. Likewise, there are a fair number of opportunities for those who appreciate nearby restaurants and cafes. When it comes to education, daycares and schools are easy to access as a pedestrian from any location in this area.

This area is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes. Roughly three quarters of the population of this neighbourhood own their home whereas the remainder are renters. About half of homes in this part of the city were constructed between 1960 and 1980, while most of the remaining buildings were built in the 1980s and the 1990s.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you
call it home.

What do the location scores measure?

Local Logic supplies individual access and character scores on a 0–5 scale for the recorded coordinates. Consider each measure separately; we do not calculate an overall livability rating.

Are the distances walking times?

No. Distances are straight-line measurements from the project reference. Open directions to check a walking, cycling, transit or driving route.

Does a nearby school guarantee admission?

No. Confirm attendance boundaries, programs, capacity and registration requirements with the relevant school board.

Do the demographic figures describe future residents?

No. They describe the existing population in the provider’s surrounding study area. They do not predict the buyers or future residents of this project.

SOURCES & METHODOLOGY

Prepared by Team Arora. Scores, neighbourhood descriptions, school records, places and demographic information are supplied by Local Logic. Requests are cached for up to 24 hours; underlying source periods may be older. Provider neighbourhood labels may differ from builder descriptions. Missing data remains unavailable.

Recorded coordinates: 43.5814446, -79.762571. Amenity queries use a 2.5 km radius; school results retain the provider’s school-search coverage. Distances use the returned straight-line measurement, or are calculated directly between coordinates when absent. The project page includes the existing map; Google provides the linked directions. Verify current place details, boundaries and routes before making a decision.
