It is convenient to move around by bicycle in Milliken Mills East as it is an even ride to most destinations. Walking is also moderately practical for house buyers in this neighbourhood; many daily needs are convenient to meet without the use of a vehicle. Getting around by transit can be sometimes difficult in this part of the city as a result of the infrequent service.
