Walker is very car friendly. It is especially convenient to come across a place to park. However, the public transit service in Walker is not very frequent. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. The bicycle is a somewhat poor method of transportation in Walker because there are a fair number of slopes. Nonetheless, the cycling network is extensive. Walker is also not very suitable for those who prefer to travel on foot as carrying out daily needs is difficult without a car.
