Transportation

A majority of the houses for sale in this area are located in places that are rather well-suited for people who travel on foot; running common errands is easy without a car, and there are also a good number of businesses nearby. Downtown is also amenable to biking. Commuting by transit can be sometimes challenging in Downtown as a result of the infrequent service. Nevertheless, there are approximately 10 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are ordinarily around the corner. In contrast, travelling by car is straightforward in Downtown. It is convenient to park, and it is a rather short drive to the closest highway from anywhere in this neighbourhood.

Services

The nearest supermarket in Downtown is usually only a rather short stroll away. Additionally, there is generally a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. It is also a rather short walk to a good variety of clothing stores. In terms of education, families will value that no matter where their home is located in this area, schools and daycares are close by.
