Overview
Riverbank Landing is a multi-use, multi-building development in the heart of St. Albert. The former 10-acre private estate becomes a new urban public riverfront access. Forty-six percent of the site will be public walking trails, landscaped areas, and a strategically designed nature preserve, protecting the river valley and ensuring wildlife movement corridors.
The project expands on the adjacent developments of Botanica and the Shops at Boudreau, composed of residences, a senior’s complex, micro-loft suites, new restaurants, and boutique retail and professional spaces all situated on the banks of the Sturgeon River. The site will become a public entertainment oasis for people to connect and enjoy a healthy living space
