Getting around
The best means of transportation in this area is very often driving. Nearby highways, such as Trans-Canada Highway, are particularly easy to reach from anywhere in Upper Lands, and it is very easy to park. On the other hand, the public transit access in Upper Lands is not very convenient. Nonetheless, house owners are served by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally very close by. Getting around on foot is not very feasible for residents in Upper Lands as very few common errands can be run without a vehicle. Cycling is also challenging in this neighbourhood because there is a significant amount of slopes, and the bicycling network is not particularly extensive.
