This neighbourhood offers property owners the choice between different modes of transportation. The transit access in this area is good as a result of about 10 nearby bus lines. Hickory Woods is also a fairly convenient part of Brampton for pedestrians; many daily errands can be run without a vehicle. The bicycle is a reasonably good mode of transportation in Hickory Woods.

Services

It is rarely practical for home buyers in this part of the city to do grocery shopping without a vehicle. Likewise, there are a fair number of choices within walking distance for those who care about restaurants and cafes. Residents can find a fair number of nearby clothing stores.
