However, there are approximately 40 public green spaces close by for residents to relax in, like Cougar Creek Park and Huff Hydro Corridor Park Reserve, and they are very well-located, making them very easy to get to. Lastly, although the ambience is not the liveliest in this part of Delta, the vibe is still quite lively around its main streets, and with its a few nightlife venues, there are options for nighttime activities.

Getting around

Commuting by bicycle is convenient in Nicholson-Burnsview since there are a good number of bike lanes. A majority of the homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are also rather suitable for those who travel on foot; many daily needs can be carried out without a car.
