Getting around

Driving is an excellent medium of transportation in this area. It is convenient to access a place to park, and nearby highways are moderately easy to drive to from any home in this part of the municipality. In contrast, this area is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by around 10 bus lines, and it is very easy to get to a nearby bus stop from most houses. It is impractical for people walking to move around in this part of the municipality as many daily needs are difficult to carry out without a vehicle. On the other hand, it is convenient to commute by bicycle in East Ladner since cyclists do not encounter serious slopes.

Everyday essentials

Home buyers in this neighbourhood will be pleased to learn that a grocery store is always only a very long walk away. Residents benefit from a few restaurants and cafes as well. Concerning education, it is a short stroll to access daycares and primary schools from most houses for sale in this part of Delta. On the other hand, this area does not have any high schools.
