No matter what type of character home buyers prefer in a neighbourhood, Southview is a fairly good option. Most areas in Southview are especially quiet, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. On the other hand, it is very easy to get to parks in the neighbourhood since there are over 50 of them nearby for residents to relax in. Lastly, even though the ambience is not the liveliest in this area with its a few nightlife venues, there are options for nighttime activities.

Getting around

This part of the city affords home buyers several alternative means of transportation. Southview features a reasonably good public transit network due to Barlow - Max Bell Station on the Blue Line - Saddletowne/69 Street CTrain, and around 10 nearby bus lines. Southview is also reasonably well-suited for pedestrians; most daily needs are easy to meet without the use of a vehicle. This area is moderately appropriate for biking because the cycling network is reasonably good.

Everyday essentials

It is a short distance to access daycares and schools from any location in Southview. In terms of food, it is especially easy to reach the nearest supermarket without a vehicle from most houses for sale in Southview. Moreover, a restaurant is generally just around the corner. A decent choice of clothing stores can also be found within a reasonably short walking distance, for example along None.

Local character

No matter what type of character home buyers prefer in a neighbourhood, Southview is a fairly good option. Most areas in Southview are especially quiet, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue.
