A NEIGHBOURHOOD IN CONTEXT

Start with how
you spend your day.

Eatonville offers a great variety of green spaces to enjoy, despite its sometimes busy feel. To be more precise, there are over 50 green spaces nearby for residents to relax in, such as Echo Valley Park and Broadacres Park, and they are very well-situated, which makes it very easy to reach them. Finally, due to the presence of few pedestrians, this neighbourhood remains relatively quiet; however noise levels are higher closer to Highway 427.

Getting around

Eatonville enables homeowners to move around using a diversity of modes of transportation. Eatonville benefits from a fairly good transit network. In particular, residents profit from the Kipling with access to the Milton. There are a multitude of rapid transit stations on the Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth) and Meadowvale Express. House owners are served by approximately 20 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. Eatonville will also draw home buyers who value residing in a compact area because it is reasonably geared towards walking; running common errands is convenient without a car, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. It is easy to get around by bike in Eatonville because there are a limited number of slopes.

Everyday essentials

A grocery store is generally reachable within a short trip from any home in this part of the city. Likewise, there is generally a restaurant or cafe in close proximity. It is also a reasonably short distance to a decent choice of clothing stores. Regarding education, daycares and schools are very easy to get to on foot from most homes for sale in Eatonville.

Surrounding homes

In Eatonville, about half of buildings are single detached homes, while large apartment buildings are also present in the housing stock. This neighbourhood also has a good variety of housing size options - it is quite easy to find properties ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms. Roughly 70% of the population of this neighbourhood own their home and 30% are renters. This part of the city did not experience a single construction boom; the construction of new dwellings in Eatonville was spread throughout multiple decades in the twentieth and twenty-first century.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you
call it home.

What do the location scores measure?

Local Logic supplies individual access and character scores on a 0–5 scale for the recorded coordinates. Consider each measure separately; we do not calculate an overall livability rating.

Are the distances walking times?

No. Distances are straight-line measurements from the project reference. Open directions to check a walking, cycling, transit or driving route.

Does a nearby school guarantee admission?

No. Confirm attendance boundaries, programs, capacity and registration requirements with the relevant school board.

Do the demographic figures describe future residents?

No. They describe the existing population in the provider’s surrounding study area. They do not predict the buyers or future residents of this project.

SOURCES & METHODOLOGY

A guide with a clear point of reference.

Prepared by Team Arora. Scores, neighbourhood descriptions, school records, places and demographic information are supplied by Local Logic. Requests are cached for up to 24 hours; underlying source periods may be older. Provider neighbourhood labels may differ from builder descriptions. Missing data remains unavailable.

Recorded coordinates: 43.6406204, -79.5547884. Amenity queries use a 2.5 km radius; school results retain the provider’s school-search coverage. Distances use the returned straight-line measurement, or are calculated directly between coordinates when absent. The project page includes the existing map; Google provides the linked directions. Verify current place details, boundaries and routes before making a decision.
