Hockaday Nestor is reasonably car friendly. It is easy to access a place to park. In contrast, the public transit service in Hockaday Nestor is not particularly frequent. Thankfully, commuters benefit from plenty of rapid transit stations on the Millennium Line. Residents have access to approximately 10 bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. Traveling as a pedestrian in Hockaday Nestor is not very popular, even though many day-to-day errands can be run without a car. However, cycling is straightforward in this part of the city since the bicycling infrastructure is extensive.

Services

The closest supermarket in this part of Coquitlam is usually only a very long trip away. Furthermore, there is typically a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. When it comes to education, in Hockaday Nestor, parents and their kids will almost always be able to get to daycares and primary schools by walking. However, there are only a limited number of high schools and therefore they can be a long stroll away.
