Getting around
Beaconsfield Village does not require use of a car since various other modes of transportation are available. This part of Toronto is very well-suited for people who prefer to get around by walking; all daily errands can be run without a vehicle, and a variety of businesses are very close by. A very large number of people in the area use their bicycle since bike-share stations are rarely more than a few blocks away, and the cycling network is fairly good. Residents can depend on public transit to travel in this area. There is the Exhibition on the Lakeshore West. The neighbourhood is linked by around 10 bus lines, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. In contrast, getting around by car is sometimes difficult in Beaconsfield Village. Nonetheless, nearby highways are moderately easy to access from any location in this area.
