A NEIGHBOURHOOD IN CONTEXT

you spend your day.

The character of The Towns is exemplified by its relaxed atmosphere. Most areas in this neighbourhood are especially quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Finally, there are around 10 public green spaces close by for residents to visit, including Pacer Park and Green Meadow Park, making it easy to reach them.

Getting around

The preferred way to move around in The Towns is very often driving. It is easy to come across a place to park, and the majority of homes for sale are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway. However, the transit network in this part of the city is not very accessible. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. The bike is a good method of transportation in this part of the city since there are a limited number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave. This neighbourhood is not particularly well-suited for those who get around on foot because few daily needs can be met without a car.

Everyday essentials

It is occasionally feasible for property owners in The Towns to do their groceries as pedestrians. Likewise, a restaurant is often just around the corner, and home buyers are served by a few cafes as well. When it comes to education, parents and their kids will appreciate that no matter where their property is located in The Towns, daycares and primary schools are close by. However, The Towns does not contain any high schools.

Surrounding homes

Roughly two thirds of the properties in the neighbourhood are occupied by homeowners and the rest are rented. In this part of Regina, around one quarter of buildings are single detached homes, while small apartment buildings and townhouses are also present in the housing stock. Most of the housing growth in this neighbourhood has taken place following the year 2000. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of two bedroom and three bedroom homes.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you
call it home.

What do the location scores measure?

Local Logic supplies individual access and character scores on a 0–5 scale for the recorded coordinates. Consider each measure separately; we do not calculate an overall livability rating.

Are the distances walking times?

No. Distances are straight-line measurements from the project reference. Open directions to check a walking, cycling, transit or driving route.

Does a nearby school guarantee admission?

No. Confirm attendance boundaries, programs, capacity and registration requirements with the relevant school board.

Do the demographic figures describe future residents?

No. They describe the existing population in the provider’s surrounding study area. They do not predict the buyers or future residents of this project.

SOURCES & METHODOLOGY

A guide with a clear point of reference.

Prepared by Team Arora. Scores, neighbourhood descriptions, school records, places and demographic information are supplied by Local Logic. Requests are cached for up to 24 hours; underlying source periods may be older. Provider neighbourhood labels may differ from builder descriptions. Missing data remains unavailable.

Recorded coordinates: 50.42922309999999, -104.5149705. Amenity queries use a 2.5 km radius; school results retain the provider’s school-search coverage. Distances use the returned straight-line measurement, or are calculated directly between coordinates when absent. The project page includes the existing map; Google provides the linked directions. Verify current place details, boundaries and routes before making a decision.
