Getting around

Driving is a good transportation option in Taunton. It is convenient to park. On the other hand, Taunton is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, residents are served by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally around the corner. Many of the homes for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are not particularly conducive to pedestrians as few daily errands can be run without a vehicle. Cycling is also at times difficult in Taunton because there are few bike lanes, and the terrain is not especially flat.
