A NEIGHBOURHOOD IN CONTEXT

Start with how
you spend your day.

Those who enjoy a vibrant atmosphere and spending time in green spaces will feel at home in Vaughan Corporate Business Centre. Even though the atmosphere is not the liveliest in this neighbourhood with its a few bars, there are options for nighttime activities. However, green spaces are very well-spread out and there are a few of them close by for residents to visit, making them easy to reach from the majority of locations in Vaughan Corporate Business Centre.

Getting around

The transit in this neighbourhood is fairly good. More precisely, it is straightforward to come across a nearby rapid transit station, such as Hwy 7 / Ansley Grove, Highway 7 / Creditstone Rd and Commerce Westbound with access to the Viva Orange and Line 1 (Yonge-University), from the greater part of homes in the neighbourhood. There are around 10 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. However, walking in this area is not very common, despite the fact that meeting day-to-day needs is convenient without a car, and numerous businesses are moderately close by. This neighbourhood is not very bike-friendly since the cycling network is not particularly extensive. Nevertheless, the terrain is reasonably flat, and biking is more feasible in some areas than others. On the other hand, driving is an excellent mode of transportation in this part of the city. Most of the street infrastructure is well suited for cars, and nearby highways, such as Highway 400 Collector, are very easy to reach from anywhere in this neighbourhood.

Everyday essentials

It is a reasonably short trip to access daycares from most properties for sale in Vaughan Corporate Business Centre. On the other hand, there are no primary schools and no high schools in this area. In terms of eating, it is typically an option for property owners in this part of Vaughan to buy general and specialty groceries without the use of a car. In addition, there are a fair number of opportunities for those who appreciate nearby restaurants and cafes. It is also a short distance to a very good variety of clothing stores.

Local character

Those who enjoy a vibrant atmosphere and spending time in green spaces will feel at home in Vaughan Corporate Business Centre. Even though the atmosphere is not the liveliest in this neighbourhood with its a few bars, there are options for nighttime activities. However, green spaces are very well-spread out and there are a few of them close by for residents to visit, making them easy to reach from the majority of locations in Vaughan Corporate Business Centre.

Surrounding homes

Roughly 60% of the population of this neighbourhood own their home while renters make up the remainder. In this part of Vaughan, about 40% of buildings are large apartment buildings, but single detached homes are also present in the housing stock. This area experienced its biggest construction boom following the year 2000, so most of the available housing is from this time period. This neighbourhood offers mainly two bedroom and one bedroom homes.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you
call it home.

What do the location scores measure?

Local Logic supplies individual access and character scores on a 0–5 scale for the recorded coordinates. Consider each measure separately; we do not calculate an overall livability rating.

Are the distances walking times?

No. Distances are straight-line measurements from the project reference. Open directions to check a walking, cycling, transit or driving route.

Does a nearby school guarantee admission?

No. Confirm attendance boundaries, programs, capacity and registration requirements with the relevant school board.

Do the demographic figures describe future residents?

No. They describe the existing population in the provider’s surrounding study area. They do not predict the buyers or future residents of this project.

SOURCES & METHODOLOGY

A guide with a clear point of reference.

Prepared by Team Arora. Scores, neighbourhood descriptions, school records, places and demographic information are supplied by Local Logic. Requests are cached for up to 24 hours; underlying source periods may be older. Provider neighbourhood labels may differ from builder descriptions. Missing data remains unavailable.

Recorded coordinates: 43.78838229999999, -79.5277783. Amenity queries use a 2.5 km radius; school results retain the provider’s school-search coverage. Distances use the returned straight-line measurement, or are calculated directly between coordinates when absent. The project page includes the existing map; Google provides the linked directions. Verify current place details, boundaries and routes before making a decision.
