Getting around

Belmont is particularly car friendly. It is very convenient to find a parking spot, and most of the street infrastructure is conducive to driving. However, this area is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, house owners benefit from approximately 10 bus lines, and bus stops are generally around the corner. Traveling as a pedestrian is not very practical for home buyers in Belmont as few common errands can be run without needing to use a vehicle. Biking is also at times challenging in Belmont. Thankfully, the bicycling network is extensive, and there are a limited number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave.

Everyday essentials

It is very easy to reach the nearest supermarket as a pedestrian in Belmont. Residents can enjoy around 10 restaurants and cafes as well. In terms of education, parents and their schoolchildren will appreciate that wherever their home is located in Belmont, daycares are close by. In contrast, high schools are not numerous in Belmont, and thus not always within a short distance, and there are no primary schools.
