Transportation

It is convenient for people walking to move around in this area; running daily errands is easy without needing to use a vehicle. This part of the town is also reasonably suited for bicycling. Driving is very often the favoured way to get around in Midtown. Accessing a place to park is quite easy, and most homes for sale are a very short car ride from the closest highway, such as Highway 401. In contrast, travelling by transit can be challenging in this neighbourhood due to the low service level. Thankfully, there is the Ajax on the Lakeshore East. There are about 10 bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are ordinarily around the corner.

Services

It is usually feasible for house buyers in Midtown to do their groceries without the need for a car. Additionally, there are a fair number of options in close proximity for those who value restaurants and cafes. Property owners benefit from a good number of nearby clothing stores. At the same time, this area is very quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. It is very difficult to reach parks since they aren't well-spread out. Still, there are about 30 parks nearby for residents to enjoy.
