Getting around

Cars are a great means of transportation in this neighbourhood. It is very convenient to park, and many houses for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway. In contrast, getting around by transit can be challenging in this area by reason of the infrequent service. Nonetheless, house owners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. This part of Calgary is not very well-suited for pedestrians since carrying out daily needs is inconvenient without a car. In contrast, this neighbourhood is reasonably cycling-friendly because there are a good number of bike lanes.

Everyday essentials

House buyers in Ambleridge generally have to use a car to reach the closest supermarket. There are also a few options for those who care about restaurants within walking distance. In terms of education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in Ambleridge. Moreover, parents and their children may find it challenging to access daycares on foot.
