Transportation

Brant will attract homeowners that use a diversity of methods of transportation. A majority of the homes for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are moderately suitable for pedestrians; many common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle, and many businesses are reasonably close by. This area is also bicycling-friendly as the cycling infrastructure is reasonably good, and bike riders do not face serious slopes. With Burlington with access to the Lakeshore West, and approximately 10 nearby bus lines, travelling by public transit is easy in Brant. Brant is also moderately car friendly. Nearby highways, such as Queen Elizabeth Way, are reasonably easy to reach from any location in this area, and it is convenient to find a parking spot.

Services

Families will welcome the proximity to schools and daycares, which are within a short distance from most, if not all, properties for sale in Brant. As far as food is concerned, it is usually possible for property owners in this neighbourhood to purchase their groceries without the use of a car.
