— Local Logic neighbourhood profile

The neighbourhood, in detail

Transportation

Bayview Village permits homeowners to travel using several means of transportation. With plenty of nearby rapid transit stations on the Line 4 (Sheppard), and about 10 nearby bus lines, commuting by public transit is convenient in this part of Toronto. This part of the city will also appeal to home buyers who value residing in a community that's walkable since it is moderately conducive to traveling on foot; many common errands can be run without a vehicle, and many businesses are close by. Commuting by bicycle is convenient in Bayview Village.

Services

It is straightforward to reach the closest supermarket as a pedestrian from most properties for sale in Bayview Village. In addition, there is usually a restaurant or cafe in close proximity. It is also a reasonably short walk to a good variety of clothing stores. When it comes to education, in Bayview Village, families will generally be able to reach daycares and schools by walking.

Character

Bayview Village offers a great variety of green spaces to enjoy, despite its sometimes busy feel. To be more specific, it is very easy to reach parks from most locations within the neighbourhood since there are over 50 of them close by for residents to unwind in. Residents will also find that a large number of streets have reasonably good tree coverage. Lastly, most parts of this neighbourhood are very serene and quiet, but some other sections can be noisy, especially closer to the railway line or Highway 401.
