Driving is a fairly good transportation option in this part of the town. Parking is quite easy. In contrast, this area is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, there is Yonge / Bloomington, Yonge St / Regatta Av and Yonge / King on the Viva Blue. The neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is typically around the corner. Oak Ridges is reasonably appropriate for biking. Walking is not very practical for house buyers in this neighbourhood because very few common errands can be run without the need for a car.
