Transportation

The car is very often the preferred approach to navigate this reserve. It is very easy to park. On the other hand, travelling by transit can be very hard in Skway 5 due to the low service level. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are not especially far away from most properties. This part of Skway 5 will draw active people as it is rather suitable for bicycling. For instance, there are a limited number of slopes for cyclists to brave. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of the reserve are located in areas that are not very well-suited for people who prefer to get around on foot because running common errands is at times challenging without a car.

Services

This reserve does not have any high schools or primary schools. Moreover, there are only a limited number of daycares and accordingly they can be a rather long walk away. With regards to food, in all but a few cases, a car is required to shop for groceries. There are also a few choices for those who appreciate restaurants and cafes in close proximity.

Character

Skway 5 offers a slower-paced atmosphere. Most areas in Skway 5 are very quiet, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic. It is very hard to reach parks in the reserve since they aren't well-distributed. Still, there are a few parks close by for residents to check out.

Housing

The housing stock of Skway 5 is composed predominantly of single detached homes and row houses. The buildings in this area are very new, since roughly one third of its dwellings were constructed between 1960 and 1980, while most of the remaining buildings were built in the 1980s and the 1990s. This reserve offers mainly three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes. Nearly all of the population of this reserve rent their home whereas the rest are owners.
