Transportation

Driving is an excellent transportation option in this area. It is very convenient to park, and the majority of real estate listings are a short drive from the closest highway, such as Highway 400 Collector. In contrast, travelling by transit can be at times challenging in Concord as a result of the low service level. Nonetheless, there is the Rutherford on the Barrie. There are various rapid transit stations with access to the Line 1 (Yonge-University) and Viva Orange. There are around 40 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are typically very close by. This area is fairly amenable to bicycling. However, walking is not very popular in Concord, although many daily needs can be met without a vehicle.

Services

Property owners in Concord will value that a grocery store is always only a rather long stroll away. In addition, there is usually a restaurant or cafe in close proximity. It is also convenient to reach a number of clothing stores as a pedestrian.
