Travelling by bicycle is convenient in this neighbourhood. Traveling by walking is also reasonably feasible for home buyers in Acadia; many daily needs can be met without a vehicle, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. The public transit in Acadia is not especially accessible. Thankfully, homeowners profit from Southland Station and Heritage Station on the Red Line - Somerset - Bridlewood/Tuscany CTrain. The neighbourhood is linked by approximately 30 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. In contrast, Acadia is very car friendly. Nearby highways are moderately easy to reach from any location in Acadia, and it is convenient to park.
