Transportation

Eastview is a very convenient part of Cambridge for travelling by car. Coming across a place to park is easy. On the other hand, Eastview is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and the nearest bus stop is usually around the corner. Eastview is moderately bicycling-friendly as the cycling network is moderately extensive. In contrast, traveling as a pedestrian is not very popular in Eastview, even though running daily errands is convenient without a car.

Services

Daycares are easy to get to as a pedestrian from most homes for sale in this part of Cambridge. On the other hand, high schools are not particularly plentiful in this area, and therefore not always within walking distance, and there are no primary schools. With respect to food, the closest grocery store in Eastview is generally only a reasonably short walk away. Furthermore, there are a fair number of options for those who appreciate nearby restaurants and cafes.

Eastview is a very good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed environment. Most areas in this part of Cambridge are very quiet, as the streets are generally very calm.
