Shannon Lake is very car friendly. It is very easy to park, and most homes for sale are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway. In contrast, Shannon Lake is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, property owners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are typically very close by. It is sometimes difficult to travel by bike in this area as the cycling network is fairly poor, and there is a considerable amount of elevation changes. Getting around by foot is also not very practical for property owners in Shannon Lake because very few daily needs can be met without a vehicle.

Services

Families will value the proximity to primary schools and daycares, which are within a short distance from the majority of properties for sale in Shannon Lake.
